2) This encode will also use much less power from your batteries.

3) I have been experimenting lately with mixing in a small amount of white noise
in the final rendering to get rid of those awkward silences that the MP3 format
sometimes creates when there's not enough volume to compress.

4) I now include any Instagram pics/vids mentioned during the show.

@PowerslavePA: The analog bandwidth of satellite talk radio does not exceed the 22khz/32kbps digital representation I use. Anything over that is a waste for a marginal increase of frequency domain. Research telecommunications bandwidth to learn more about this subject.
